Affirmations Are So Important
Why Are Affirmations Important?
- If you have spent time studying the Law of Attraction and other associated laws (more to come later), you may be thinking you’re on your way to achieving your dream.
- If this is all new to you, you’re probably thinking “Yeah, right! So this is going to happen – NOT!”
Not too long ago, it was thought that your brain stopped growing by the time you reached adulthood – and that it was all downhill from there.
But research and advances in the last 10 years have shown the potential of the brain to adapt to new ideas, and form new pathways to adapt to new ideas – at any age!
So, it is possible to change the way you think!!
Give it a try. Keep an open mind!
Research has shown that it can take about 30 days to change the way you think. So, skeptical or not, give this a try.
Based on your dream, think about some positive affirmations that will guide you in the direction of your dream.
For example:
I am an amazing businessperson.
I turn the majority of my leads into sales.
I am an amazing designer.
I can take people’s ideas and turn them into designs that my client’s love.
I am a confident person. My confidence is evident in all that I do.
I attract healthy relationships. I have met my soulmate
My relationships with my family are better than they have ever been.
I am the healthiest I have ever been.
I am at a healthy weight.
I feel good in my clothes.
Write out one or two affirmations, and keep them with you
– in your pocket, your purse, your car, by your bed –
anywhere that you can see them.
And – SAY – THEM – OUT – LOUD!!
Say them 3 times a day: morning, lunchtime and night for best effect.
To start with, this will seem very strange, and probably very uncomfortable.
But try it for a month.
You’ll find that each day it gets easier and easier –
until eventually, you’ll start to believe what you’re saying.
